What’s worth writing in about
- A calculator giving a result that looks wrong — say which tool (ABV, IBU, priming sugar, strike water, SRM color, or Brix to gravity) and what you entered.
- Something broken on the site, and what device or browser you were on.
- An idea for a tool or guide the site doesn’t have yet.
- Corrections to anything in the guides, museum, or blog.
What to expect
Messages are read by hand, not routed through a ticketing system, so there’s no fixed response-time promise — but every email gets read. BrewGod isn’t able to give personal brewing advice for a specific batch, diagnose an off-flavour, or tell you whether a particular beer is safe to drink; the calculators and guides are the best starting point for the general numbers, and established brewing references are the right place for anything specific to your process.
